An Introduction to The Leap Method

An Introduction to the LEAP Method

An experiential workshop for counsellors, therapists, mental health workers, teachers, coaches, psychologists who would like to train in the field or individuals who are curious about the benefits of EFP/L and who would like further insights into how it works.

No prior horse experience required.

No mental health qualification required.

This profound experience is varied and interesting, covering both reflective work and more active approaches. A day of experiential sessions aimed at providing a small taster of what may be possible within this field and signposting the best way for you to move forward and be part of it. The LEAP Method of EFP/L is introduced and time given to discuss the field as a whole.

The Workshops are facilitated by 2 members of the Senior Therapeutic Team and often has a few of our Graduates available to talk to. You can read their biographies here & you can read what our graduates say here.

Further Information:

To book your place take a look at ‘Whats On’ where you will find full details of dates, locations and how to book.

This workshop is a pre-requisite for the  Crossfields Institute accredited Level 5 Diploma in EFP: The LEAP Method and the Level 4 Diploma in EFL: The LEAP Method. Crossfields is regulated by OFQUAL (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).

Due to COVID we are offering interviews for individuals who wish to train as Practitioners but haven’t been able to attend an Introductory Workshop. We hope this will help facilitate those keen to launch a new outdoor based equine venture to start their EFL/P journey!

Attendance does not allow attendees to practice as an EFP and EFL Practitioner.
