The Pursuit of Happiness for ‘This Morning’

LEAP was invited to take part in Simon Thomas’ series in the Pursuit of Happiness for ‘This Morning’ on ITV.

The series focused on mental health and well being, it was Simon’s first step to return back to presenting after tragically losing his wife in 2018. Simon was aware of the benefits on his mental health of being outdoors and joined the LEAP team at Squirrel Wood equestrian in Norfolk to experience equine facilitated therapies. Squirrel Wood is run by Sarah’s longtime friend Lisa Davies, who is passionate about EFL and working with young people.
