Who We Work With

LEAP has developed a wide range of experiential exercises and therapeutic activities suited to working with various client groups and presenting issues.

We have seen the benefits of EFP/L for over 2500 clients so far, with issues ranging over the entire mental health spectrum.

Client groups and presenting issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Young Offenders
  • Adult Offenders
  • Women at Risk
  • Vulnerable Adolescents
  • Those experiencing life change and crisis
  • Trauma
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD
  • Eating Disorders
  • Family Therapy
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addictions

With each referrer, LEAP designs a bespoke programme that will highlight the life skills and learning experiences most suited for each client group and presenting issue. Because the learning is experiential, behavioural changes and associated new neural pathways are established more quickly and at a deeper level than through more cognitive approaches. The client experiences changes with the whole body.
