
About LEAP Equine
Our Purpose is to provide high quality, professional and regulated training in Equine Facilitated Learning and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy for those who wish to become EFP/L practitioners. Aiming to enable our Graduates to create ethical, safe, healing client experiences.
LEAP has been leading the field of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and Learning for over a decade, and is the longest standing UK based organisation. We have been leading the way with professional & ethical training since 2012.
What makes us unique is that our framework and approach is the result of extensive work with adults, young people and corporate groups since 2009. Over a 1000 civets have completed therapeutic and learning programmes with LEAP and countless more in our ever expanding Graduate network around the world.
Our teaching team are all experienced Equine Facilitated Practitioners in the field of EFP and EFL. Each have a wealth of experience to share with trainees. To learn more about the team click here.
Accrediting and Awarding Organisations:
![]() ACCPH is an independent professional body and register for counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists. Both our Practitioner training courses are Accredited by ACCPH and all LEAP Registered Practitioners can also apply for membership after graduation. |

They’re not only a charity but also an accrediting body that set certain standards and codes of ethics for counsellors and psychotherapists to adhere to. LEAP Organisational membership demonstrates our commitment to professional, ethical and safe practise in all aspect of our work as we adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and Good Practise.
